Can I make DNS/host changes?
A: Yes. You may make changes
to your DNS table and you may change hosts without
interrupting our service, but you must inform us
of all changes. Failure to inform us will cause
interruption of our service and will likely cause
your site to become unavailable.

How do I change my Name Servers?
A: In order for our solution to function
properly on your site, your authoritative name servers
must be:
NS1.SJ1.NORTHSKY.COM
NS2.SJ1.NORTHSKY.COM

A: There are various
ways in which our community tools will help you
increase revenue. First of all, when your users
upgrade to have a bannerless site you will receive
a portion of the revenue. You will also be able
to control some or all of the banner advertising
space on your end-user sites. You will be able to
upload a banner image or banner code. The community
tools will increase the traffic to your site and
the time spent on your site. This gives you a greater
opportunity to sell products and/or services to
your users. Finally, you can have a third party
sponsor your community newsletter.

You
can increase signups by promoting the community
tools more prominently. Be sure to place links to
